Payment and Card Information

Certain RTHMFit devices allow for payments with third parties. To enable this feature, you need to provide identification and verification details such as your name, credit/debit card number, card expiration date, and CVV code. This information is encrypted and sent to your card network, which then returns a token to your device for secure transactions without exposing your card number. We store only the last four digits of your card number and your card issuer’s name and contact details for convenience. You can remove this token from your account through your account settings. We do not store your transaction history.

When you buy RTHMFit merchandise on our website, you provide your payment details, including your name, card number, expiration date, CVV code, and billing address. We do not store this payment information but retain your shipping address to fulfill your order. Third-party payment processors may keep this information according to their own privacy policies and terms.
