What should I do if I am unable to connect my watch to my phone?

Ensure your smartphone is running Android 4.4/iOS 7.0 or above. Accept all terms, permissions, and location services. Download the DaFit app and connect the watch via the app, not directly through Bluetooth. Ensure Bluetooth is on and try binding the watch with the app. If issues persist, restart your phone and try again.

Bluetooth operates best within 8-10 meters. Ensure your phone and watch are within this range and in direct contact. If disconnection continues, close the app, toggle Bluetooth off and on, and restart the app. Make sure the app is always running in the background.
