Shipping Information

Where is my parcel?

When your order is dispatched, you should receive an email with your tracking number within 2 working days. If you haven't received it, check your junk mail folder. If it's not there, contact us at info@rthmfit.com.

Where is my tracking number?

Your tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.

When will my order ship?

Once your payment is verified, it takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 1 pm PST will be shipped the next business day. Delays may occur during high demand or unusual circumstances.

I didn't receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?

If you haven't received an order confirmation email within 10 minutes, check your Spam folder. If it's not there, contact us at info@rthmfit.com, and we will ensure you receive it.

How can I track my order?

After your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track your order on our website by logging into your account. If you checked out as a guest, create an account using the same email to track your orders.

Payment Issues

The payment for my order was deducted, but I haven't received any order details. What should I do?

If your order details were not captured, the amount will be refunded to your account within 5-7 days.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, and Stripe.

Order Management

How can I cancel my order?

  • Before Dispatch: Log in to your account, go to "Manage Your Order," and cancel the order. If you checked out as a guest, create an account using the same email to access your order details.
  • After Dispatch: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been packed and/or dispatched.

How can I change my delivery address?

  • Before Dispatch: Cancel your order and place a new one with the correct address. For assistance, email us at info@rthmfit.com.
  • After Dispatch: Address changes are not possible once the order has been dispatched.

How can I change the color of my product?

  • Before Dispatch: Cancel your order and place a new one with the desired color.
  • After Dispatch: Changes cannot be made once the order has been dispatched. Please cancel and reorder with the correct details.

What should I do if my order is marked as delivered but I haven't received it?

  1. Check with your neighbors or security personnel.
  2. Contact the delivery person if their information is available.
  3. Email us at info@rthmfit.com within 48 hours of the delivery date. We will investigate and respond within 7-10 business days.

I lost my invoice. What should I do?

  1. Visit rthmfit.com and log in to your account.
  2. Go to "My Account," then "Manage Your Order."
  3. Download the invoice for the desired order.

Exchanges and Refunds

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving your return shipment.

How can I exchange my product?

  1. Log in to your account on our website.
  2. Go to "Manage Your Order" and request an exchange.

Why can't I log in with my guest order ID?

  1. Register on our website using the same email as your guest order.
  2. Once registered, you can view all your order information.

Can I return the product and get a refund?

We do not offer refunds. However, we provide like-for-like replacements for functional faults.

What should I do if my product hasn't been picked up for replacement yet?

Email info@rthmfit.com or call Customer Service for assistance with warranty and service-related issues.

I haven't received my replacement product yet. What should I do?

How long is the warranty period for a product?

All products come with a 3 to 6-month warranty, extendable by 2 months with a product review.
